Originally built as a 'rustic house' for sheep farming, "Maroc da l'ora" has been occupied by various families over the past two centuries. It is estimated to date back to the early 19th century.
In the 1970s, Remigio Righi, together with his brothers Remo and Vigilio, acquired the entire property. In the 2000s, his son Graziano bought the family's share and in 2014 he and his family began a complete renovation that took eight years. Graziano, with his wife Merj and his sons Manuel, Nicola and Stefano, took care of every detail of the restoration, using local materials such as tonalite from the Adamello and larch from the surrounding woods. All this has been accompanied by a great deal of work to restore elements and areas, giving them a new life, with the aim of preserving the historical character of the farm.
